This policy covers computicks.com, SunPlot and TripSussed, run by Computicks Ltd. We only use essential cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or social-media tracking pixels, so we do not need to ask for your consent before you browse.

Live chat loads only when you click the chat button. Until then, no chat code runs and no chat cookies are set. If you have an open conversation, the chat loads automatically on your next visit so you can carry on. The chat window itself runs on support.computicks.com and may also use storage there.

Enquiry and chat retention

We keep enquiries and chat conversations for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless we become your client (then for the contract period plus 6 years for accounting and legal reasons).

Browser storage on your device

Some choices are saved in your browser’s local storage instead of cookies. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

`computicks-enquiry` (session storage)	Carries a trip brief to the enquiry form; removed once it is used.

Analytics

We do not currently run website analytics that use cookies. If we add analytics, we will use a cookieless, privacy-friendly service such as Umami and update this page first.

Your choices

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings, and you can block cookies altogether. Blocking Cloudflare’s security cookies may mean you see more security checks. Clearing local storage removes saved trips, favourites and preferences, so export anything you want to keep first.
